OSP, Police pledge closer cooperation in anti-corruption fight

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) and the Ghana Police Service have renewed their commitment to fighting corruption through enhanced institutional collaboration.

Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, on Thursday, May 8, 2025, paid a courtesy call on Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Christian Tetteh Yohuno, as part of efforts to deepen cooperation between the two bodies.

The meeting focused on strengthening coordination, intelligence sharing, and operational synergy in the battle against corruption and related offences.

Both leaders reaffirmed their resolve to intensify joint enforcement strategies and build a unified front to promote accountability and integrity in public service.

Senior officials from both institutions were present at the meeting, which marks a significant step towards consolidating anti-corruption enforcement in Ghana.
